To schedule, perform and follow up on the work you asked us to do.
To confirm appointments, tell you when a technician is on the way, follow up on an estimate, and reach you when we miss your call.
To invoice you and keep accurate records of the work performed.
To meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations.
Text messaging
We may send you text messages about your appointments, estimates and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Text Messaging Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it to do that job. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. These include:
Our field service management software, which holds our customer and job records.
Atrevio Inc., which operates our appointment and follow-up messaging on our behalf, and the telecommunications carriers that deliver those messages.
Payment processors, and our accountants and professional advisers.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as needed to service your equipment, honor warranties, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Records of opt-out requests are kept indefinitely, so that a request to stop messaging is not undone by a later record being added.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Stop texts — reply STOP to any message. It takes effect immediately.
Access or correction — contact us and we will correct or provide a copy of the information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.
Deletion — contact us to ask us to delete your information, other than records we are required to keep.
Children
Our services are directed to homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published at this address, and the date it was last updated appears at the foot of this page.

Requesting service
A service request, a booking or an estimate is not a contract until we confirm it. Appointment windows are estimates: parts availability, weather and emergency calls can move a scheduled time, and we will tell you when that happens.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the condition of the equipment as found and the scope described at the time. If we discover additional work is needed, we will tell you and get your approval before doing it. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them.
Payment
Payment is due on the terms stated on your invoice. Any warranty we offer on parts or labor is set out in the paperwork for that job, and applies only to the work described there.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointments, estimates and service. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. See our Text Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy.
Access to your property
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment being serviced, and to tell us about hazards we could not reasonably be expected to know about. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage arising from undisclosed hazards.
Disclaimers and limits
Except as expressly stated in writing for a particular job, our services are provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published at this address.
